Matrix Reporting Network, Inc. (“Matrix Reporting”) uses the information you submit to provide you with the products and services you request. Matrix Reporting will not publish or make any recorded media or converted media such as videos, photos, or audio recordings, to any other company (public or private). We will not show your media to any third party without your prior approval. However, by submitting any documents to Matrix Reporting by uploading through our website of direct email or other communications, you understand and agree that employees or representatives of Matrix Reporting will see the documents for such purposes as quality control or requested editing, and you waive any and all privacy rights in the content of the media provided to us.

Matrix Reporting uses third-party file sharing sites such as Dropbox and Sharefile to host your transcripts and files that we upload for you to see. You will be provided with a link to access the media you have requested. This link will not be shared with anyone besides you using your e-mail address provided to us. Understand that if this link is shared with anyone else besides you, other persons or entities will have the opportunity to view or listen to your personal videos or audios. Also understand that whatever media is hosted on a third-party site may also have access to your media. These third-party file sharing sites have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions that you are encouraged to view using links provided by those third parties.

Disclosures

In order to comply with applicable laws and subpoenas, Matrix Reporting Network, Inc. may disclose personal information in its possession to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or other parties or entities as required by law.

In any event that Matrix reporting comes under new ownership or is otherwise acquired or merged with another company, your personal information will be included as part of such transaction.

Matrix Reporting may occasionally work with promoters such as Groupon to market its services. The information you provide to such companies is handled under their own privacy policies. The information shared with us from such companies as Groupon may be communicated back to that company in order to handle your account or transaction but will otherwise be handled as listed in the policy listed above.
